Louise is an energetic, people person who has worked in professional practice since 2005. Having worked in multiple industries before settling into accounting, she has obtained a multitude of skills and knowledge from both her work and business owner experiences as well as her professional advisor practice. With a bookkeeping and company accountant background, she is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to GST, PAYG-W & WET and specialises in Xero and MYOB.

Her positive attitude and outlook on life, translate into an extremely helpful advisor who genuinely wants to help you improve your business and simplify your daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks.

Having reached her peak in her previous job – opening her own firm was the obvious next step. In early 2017, Dynamize Group was formed and Louise has not looked back.

As an active member of the local Maitland Business Chamber and BNI (Business Network International) Louise is committed to supporting the growth and success of local businesses and developing successful business relationships.

When she has free time you can find Louise at a local concert or out on the trails with friends.

Leah has many years’ experience in office administration and management and since 2006 has picked up a myriad of useful skills from her support work in Chartered Accounting. She brings a sound knowledge of administration practices and procedures and has accumulated her fair share of ATO, ASIC and tax experience over the years.

With training in both business administration and bookkeeping, she is Louise’s right-hand woman and always willing to lend a hand.

When not at the office Leah enjoys time with her family and being a sports mum.

Sarah is a Chartered Accountant who has worked in both public practice & commercial roles across a variety of industries since 2007. In these roles she has developed a wealth of knowledge in tax compliance (GST, PAYGW, Income Tax), financial reporting and bookkeeping. She is also very experienced with Xero and MYOB. She is always on hand to help clients with Xero and payroll.

Outside of accounting Sarah is a self-confessed Pop culture nerd and is passionate about keeping up with the latest movie / tv releases. She also enjoys photography so is never far from a camera.

Ashley is a Chartered Accountant who has worked in public practice since 2009 which has allowed him to gather great experience in a large number of business types.

Ashley grew up in the Hunter Region which allows him to understand what local business owners want and need.

He helps his local community by being a Justice of The Peace and the Honorary Treasurer of a local sporting organisation.

During his down time Ashley enjoys spending time with his family, watching whatever sport he can, particularly footy, cricket and motor racing. He is a keen player of lawn bowls and enjoys having a beer at the pub with his mates.
